A. Pre- matrimonial Investigation & Assistance
Today, bona-fide NRIs or would be NRIs seeking matrimonial alliance face the risk
of being defrauded in the wake of lack of information about the credentials and
bona-fide status of either partner to a probable matrimonial alliance.
In an endeavor to ensure that the instances of such marriages with fraudulent intentions
are reduced, we offer our investigation services conducted in a legally acceptable
way to give such information about the bona-fide status of a person which is true
to the best of our knowledge and to the extent our resources allow us to perform
within the lawful framework. We have strategic association for information resources
both in India and select foreign Countries to provide information in either country
on this matter. Complete Confidentiality is maintained while providing this service.
We endeavor to advise our Clients on the conditions & steps required to solemnize
a valid marriage in India and also guide them about the documents needed in the
registration of Marriage.
B. Amicable marital Dispute Resolution
We offer to mediate between the estranged Parties, when one or both of them approaches
us. Even in case when one Party to the dispute hires our services, we suggest it
and seek its permission to call on the other Party to explore the possibilities
of resolution of the disputes whatsoever without taking to legal recourse.
We on our part receive immense satisfaction in helping estranged Marital Partners
